Description: A. Complete rehabilitation of fire/water damaged dwelling unit 934 Manly Street Unit 55. Located in Plaza Apartment complex within Winston-Salem, NC. B. Licensed/Certified Renovator/ Contractor are responsible for any, and all issues that may arise dealing with asbestos abatement and/or lead based paint discovery, removal and disposal. C. The contractor will be responsible for all final counts and measurements. Quoters must submit proposed pricing where provided on the last page of this form only. All bidders are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the site and scope of work. Your quote will be valid for 120 days. The HA reserves the right to: Reject any or all quotes, to waive any informalities in the QSP process, or to terminate the QSP process at any time, if deemed by the HA to be in the best interest of the HA. Terminate a contract awarded pursuant to this QSP at any time for its convenience upon delivery of a 10-day written notice to the apparent or successful quoter. Determine the days, hours and locations that the successful quoter shall provide the items or services called for in this QSP. Reject and not consider any quote that does not, in the opinion of the PM meet the requirements of this QSP, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete quotes offering alternate (not including "or equal" items) or non-requested items or services. Question Deadline 11/05/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Last day for questions. All questions must be submitted to Miguel Acosta in writing at macosta@haws.org.
