Question Deadline 11/05/2024 at 10:30 AM ET Questions are submitted online No A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of St. Clair Shores, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The City of St. Clair Shores reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding.
