Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scheduled work consists of constructing removal and replacement of the existing bridge deck, miscellaneous structural steel repairs, concrete substructure repairs, painting of structural steel, replacement of an overhead sign structure and lighting, maintenance of traffic including smart work zone provisions, minor approach roadway improvements including guardrail, repaving and installation of a new bridge membrane, pavement and guardrail. The anticipated project schedule is to start construction about Spring 2025 and complete construction about Fall 2026. The Contractor's attention is directed to the fact that all work shall conform to the Standard Specifications for Road, Drain, and Sewer Construction of the Manchester Department of Public Works and the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond for the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Contract Price, payable to: "Department of Public Works, City of Manchester, N.H.", as security for the execution of the Contract. A Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
