The Rural Municipality of Emerald No. 277 is inviting tenders for 15,000 yards of gravel to be supplied and stockpiled within the municipality. The Municipality is seeking 15,000 yards of crushed gravel to be stockpiled at SW 19-28-14 W2 (South of Wishart along Grid 639). Gravel is to be stocked piled over the winter months. Tender Acceptance 2.1 The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. 2.2 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any tender may be rejected which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular. 2.3 The Municipality reserves the right to award or refuse tenders based on past working history with a contractor. 2.4 The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time 60 days prior to the execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality by providing written notice.
