Any questions should be received no later than Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (CST). Questions received after that time will not be considered. Questions and answers will be posted to DemandStar and the County's website by 4:30 p.m. (CST) on Friday, November 1, 2024. The winning Bidder will enter into a 2-party Contract with County, in the form as outlined in the Bidding Documents, within the timeframe proposed in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Request for Bid. The winning Bidder shall act then as prime contractor and be responsible maintaining a list of all subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers; and for payment of all claims for labor, services, materials, plans, or specifications performed, furnished, procured, used, or consumed that pertain to the project.
