This is a presolicitation notice only and no proposals are being requested or accepted. No contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. The requirement is to replace the roof on Emergency Generator Building 39 at Pineville, Louisiana, Project 502-23-392. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, supervision, transportation, and all other resources necessary to perform the work described in the Scope of Work, Drawings, and Specifications. This requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses in accordance with Public Law 109-461. The associated NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contractors are required to review the full RFP and attachments prior to submitting questions, which must be received by the cutoff date specified in the RFP. One site visit will be scheduled, with details provided in the solicitation. A bid bond will be required, and award will utilize the FAR 15.101-1 tradeoff process. At the time of proposal submission, offerors must be certified as SDVOSB in the SBA certification database and registered in SAM.
