Award Will Not Be Made on the Date of the Bid Opening, but Will Be Awarded by the School Board at a Later Meeting. Replacement of Hand Wash Stations at Mary Goff Elementary School Doc note: The Deposit of Additional Sets Issued to Prime Contractors and for Subcontractors is 50% Refundable After Return of Quote Documents in Good Condition, No Later Than Ten (10) Days After Receipt of Quotes. Documents Are Also Available in Pdf at No Charge. Specifications and Bid Forms Are Also Available at online Fees May Be Associated With the Use of This Site. Subject to the Provisions of R.s. 38:2211, Et Seq., the Rapides Parish School Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids for Just Cause. Each Bidder, Shall Submit With Their Bid Satisfactory Evidence That They Have Complied With the Requirements of the La Contractor's Licensing Law, Louisiana R.s. 37:2150, Et Seq., and Are Fully Qualified to Enter Into Contract With the Rapides Parish School Board.
