Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide and perform on-call repair, and minor improvement work on southern King County facilities, primarily associated with Solid Waste Division's site electrical systems on a Work Order (W.O.) basis. These sites include but are not limited to: Bow Lake Recycling & Transfer Station, Enumclaw Recycling & Transfer Station, Algona Transfer Station, Renton Transfer Station, Cedar Falls Drop Box, and Cedar Hills Landfill. Apprenticeship Requirements: 5% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Primarily King County Solid Waste Division facilities located in southern King County such as Bow Lake Recycling & Transfer Station, Enumclaw Recycling & Transfer Station, Algona Transfer Station, Renton Transfer Station, Cedar Falls Drop Box, and Cedar Hills Landfill. The work performed under this Contract shall not exceed $1,000,000.00 and the initial Contract Time shall not exceed 365 calendar days from the date of Contract Execution by the County. The County does not guarantee any minimum amount of work or that the dollar amount of the Work Orders issued will total $1,000,000.00 during the duration of this Contract. At the County's sole discretion, this Contract may be extended for one additional year or until the Not to Exceed Contract Price is reached, whichever occurs first. Last Date for Questions 11/5/24 05:00:00 PM The County shall review all Work Orders issued under this Contract with an estimated value equal to or greater than $150,000 to establish a specific required or aspirational level of participation by Certified Firms, Apprentices and or Priority Workers.
