1. The Project scope of work is generally described herein. Bidders shall use this information to assist in the understanding of the District's desired scope of work, and to delineate between work that is intended to be included within this Contract, and that which is to be provided by others. The completed form must be received at the front office of the Palisades World Language School at 1500 Greentree Ave., Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034, within two hours of the bid time and date. This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing wage law) Scope of work: Sequence 1 (Winter Break 2024-25): Acquire Owner provided Mannington 24 "x 24" carpet tiles and Owner provided rubber base from storage facility located in Salem, Oregon. Remove and dispose of existing carpet tiles and base, prep existing substrate with a single skim coat at all areas with Ardex Feather finish in the upper-level and lower-level corridors. Installation of Owner-provided Mannington 24" x 24" carpet tile with Mannington Infinity adhesive and Owner-provided 4" base. The upper floor consists of plywood substrate over wood TJI joists. The lower floor is concrete slab on grade.
