Lake Oswego School District ("District") will be accepting sealed bids from General Contractors for the Elementary Schools HVAC Retrofit Project (the "Project") located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The following schools are included in the scope of work; Hallinan Elementary School, Westridge Elementary School and Oak Creek Elementary School. This location is an active school facility and students are released at 2:40 p.m. on Wednesdays. The front parking lot may be full. There are two additional parking lots toward the rear of the building. Make necessary provisions to ensure your bid is received at the front office and time stamped no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 12, 2024.
