Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 62,543-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The scope of work for this projec is anticipated to include, but is not limited to: structural steel erection, masonry, roofing, fire sprinkler installation, and concrete/asphalt work Each Bidder shall upload and/or file with their bid a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond drawn on an acceptable bank in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid Bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders, with the exception of the second qualifying bidder, at such time as their bids are rejected.
