Renovation of a power facility in Olmito, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The vendor shall furnish and deliver to the Brownsville PUB (BPUB) at 1495 Robinhood Drive Brownsville, Texas 78521, the battery bank, battery charger, and the rack. This equipment shall comply with the terms and conditions of these specifications to the complete satisfaction of the Brownsville PUB. The files are for bid reference only. The Brownsville Public Utilities Board will not be responsible in the event that the U.S. Postal Service or any other courier system fails to deliver the sealed bids to the Brownsville Public Utilities Board, Purchasing Office by the given deadline above. No bid will be accepted via electronic transmission or facsimile. The Brownsville PUB reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities contained therein and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the Brownsville PUB.
