TXST is requesting competitive proposals for selection of a responsive and responsible firm to provide construction services for The Clean Coast Collaborative to construct a rain garden in Robstown, Texas. Excavate existing lawn, install underdrain and connect to stormwater drain (involves some concrete work on the driveway), fill with filtration media, procure native plants (a local nursery has confirmed availability) and install according to plant design. Projetc no- 24005111.001A RESPONDENT QUESTIONS: Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by December 20 th at 12:00 p.m. noon (C.S.T.), to submit written questions for clarification of the proposal. Questions will be asked and answered via the Q&A section in the e-Procurement System.
