Site work and renovation of a civil project in Orange, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work specified under this project includes a precast concrete utility building with footing wall foundation, a glass-lined water tank, and water main connections to the existing Town-operated water system and site piping to the adjacent building. The station requires electrical, HVAC, instrumentation/controls provisions, and site work. The station will house fire pumps, domestic watersupply pumps and associated piping, valves, controls and appurtenances. Question Deadline 11/07/2024 To be given consideration questions must be received at least ten (10) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The Base Bid scope of work includes construction of a 420,000 gallon water tank, a water pumping station utility building, 1,430 linear feet of fire service piping, generator, site work and other associated work. The estimated total project cost for the Base Bid is $2,500,000. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 11-25-2024.
