Site work for a civil project in Orange, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Filed Sub-Bids with the required Bid deposit will be received for the following items of work: Electrical. The base bid work consists of the replacement of three existing dry-pit pumps and associated piping, valves and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Additive Alternate No. 1 includes replacement of an existing positive displacement aeration blower with two new turbo aeration blowers and miscellaneous inlet and discharge piping. Additive Alternate No. 2 includes the replacement of existing dissolved oxygen sensor equipment. The Town has pre-purchased the Influent Pumps, VFDs and the required valves and fittings for the Influent Pumps, and the valves for the Aeration Blowers, and these items will be on-site for the Contractor to incorporate into the work. Addendum #1-#6 have been issued as of 1-30-2025. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted electronically in writing via emailed word documents to: DPC Engineering, LLC Email: bidding@dpcengineering.com 7.2 In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
