Renovation of a mixed-use development in Humboldt, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and educational facility.

The project is to renovate the existing auditorium and the adjacent lobby, providing new finishes, lighting, and auditorium seating. The project also consists of a new canopy to highlight the auditorium's entrance. To properly evaluate each CMaR firm, and in accordance with Iowa state law, the Humboldt Community School District will select the firm that offers the best value based on the criteria listed below and the ranking of each firm as it relates to the selection criteria: o Firm Profile and Background o Applicable Project Experience, Qualifications, and References o Project Experience with the School o Project Team & Company Structure o Proposed Management Process o Safety Record & Internal Safety Program o Proposed Fees (to be provided in RFP issued for qualified firms) A preliminary cost estimate of $720,000 - $750,000 has been determined. Upon the hiring of a CMaR, the school would like to get a budget confirmation within the first 30 days to ensure the design is on track with the budget. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
