Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Humboldt, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
Humboldt County Memorial Hospital intends to retain the services of a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for a new MRI Suite, additional Pre/Post Op rooms, & surgery lobby addition. As well as the renovated areas associated with those spaces. As such, they are initially requesting Qualification Statements from qualified firms to determine which firms will be offered the opportunity to submit their proposed fees for the project. Construction is intended to begin June 2026, and be completed in July 2027. The responses will be received publicly at the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital, 1000 North 15th Street on Friday, March 6, 2026, 2:00 p.m. local time, at the main reception desk, and the names of the firms submitting will be read aloud. Qualification Statements received after that time will be regarded as nonresponsive and rejected.
