Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 37,250-square-foot, two-story above grade, 363-seat educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Kalar Road Elementary School Contractor Pre-qualification. Whiteline Architects Inc. on behalf of the Niagara Catholic District School Board, is seeking to pre-qualify General Contractors, and Mechanical & Electrical Sub-contractors , for the construction of a new elementary school in Niagara Falls Ontario, scheduled to begin construction 2026. The Niagara Catholic District School Board is planning to construct a new Catholic Elementary School located on Kalar Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario in 2026 - 2027. The Board's Consultant, Whiteline Architects Inc. is seeking the Proponents listed below who wish to pre-qualify for bidding on the related construction. Pre-qualification Submissions will be received from the following Contractors: - General Contractors (later to be engaged by CCDC 2-2020 Form of Contract) (NOTE: Proponents must have Bonding capability for projects in the 15 - 20 million dollar range; evidence of sufficient Bonding will be required to constitute a valid Tender submission at a later date) - Mechanical Sub-Contractors - Electrical Sub-Contractors Actual project timelines will be subject to Ministry of Education review and approval-to-proceed to Tender (after the preparation of a Class A Cost report from the Consultants). The earliest anticipated construction window would be March 2026 - August 2027.
