The Clarke County School District is inviting individual proposals from qualified subcontractors to provide labor, materials and services necessary for the following divisions of work including but not limited to: RFP No. 24-1121-1 - Foundation & Concrete Package RFP No. 24-1121-2 - Structural Steel Package RFP No. 24-1121-3 - Metal Building Package RFP No. 24-1121-4 - Mechanical Package RFP No. 24-1121-5 - Electrical Package RFP No. 24-1121-6 - Sprinkler Package This work is necessary for the CCSD District Services Building - Warehouse Expansion Project located at the 145 Paradise Blvd, Athens, Georgia 30607. This project will consist of approximately 7,200sf (60'x120') expansion of the existing District Services Building. The site currently consists of prepared dirt pad for the Warehouse Expansion. The work is scheduled to start as early as December 2024 The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Proposal and Bid Specifications. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
