Project was awarded to Ludlow Construction, $7,976,383.50. Estimated Cost $10,000,000 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. River Terrace CSO-21 Sewer System Separation - Phase A (CWSRF #7339), which includes: new storm drainpipe, drainage manholes, and catch basins; sewer pipe and manhole rehabilitation; water main relocation; temporary water bypass; reconstruction of roadway pavement and layout; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the work. The Project being bid is subject to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, not to be responsible or eligible.
