Site work for a water / sewer project in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
General Contract Work Annual Contract for construction, reconstruction, and repair of vaults, penstocks, maintenance of grounds and for miscellaneous non-generating equipment repairs, installation of manholes, vaults, site work for installation or repairs of electric and/or steam casings, excavation of land around vaults, and water repairs to include installation of water lines. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. All bidders are required to submit a bid deposit in the amount of $10,000 which is equal to 5% of the estimated value of the annual contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Payment and Performance Bonds each in the amount of $100,000. No guarantee is to be made of magnitude of the work associated with this contract.
