HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services Solicitation Summary The St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission is currently soliciting bids for providing Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services for thirty-one (31) indoor and outdoor HVAC Units at four Commission facilities located in St. Mary's County, Maryland The initial Contract period will commence upon approval by the Commission and execution of the Agreement. The COR will notify the Contractor when the first service of the season is required. This Contract is subject to renewal by mutual consent of both parties for three (3) optional one-year renewal options, on the anniversary of the Agreement in subsequent years. The St. Mary's Metropolitan Commission Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any Informality in the Proposals Submitted When Such Waiver is in the Best Interest of the Commission. Bid date notes. One Original and One Copy of All Bids Must Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Bearing the Company Name, Legal Address, the Project Title for Which the Bid is Submitted and the Date Advertised for Opening Bids.
