The Contractor must provide all the necessary labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, etc. to install the new government furnished AquaForce VS by Goulds Water Technology pump located south of the existing water softener room and replace the current Canariis pump model TE-375-46 system including the suspension tank in mechanical room C106. Replacement Basis of Design: Canariis model TM-400-60-3SV Triplex Booster skid with suspension tank. Install Water Booster Pumps, Project No. 756-25-100 located at the El Paso VA Main Clinic on 5001 North Piedras St., El Paso, TX 79930. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete all required project work in accordance with the provided SOW, Drawings, and Specifications. This is a "Competitive" requirement Set Aside 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Estimated magnitude of the construction project: Between Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237110. A Pre-Bid Site Visit is scheduled for January 27, 2025 at 9:30 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
