The Town of Farmington is accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of asbestos of five structures in Farmington, WV. Specifications: All materials must be disposed of at an approved solid waste facility and the site must be graded and seeded when removal is completed. Any State or Town permits/license will be the responsibility of the contractor. Bidders must include a copy of their state and town business license and proof of insurance with their bid. Question Deadline 11/08/2024 at 4:00 PM ET All questions to be submitted to Mayor Bill Glasscock at 304-825- 6442 or Code Enforcement Officer Tim Fluharty 304-657-3082 A 5% bid bond must also be included with the bid along with a performance bond. Town of Farmington Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
