Site work for a water / sewer project in Farmington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of one (1) new 83,000 gallon water storage tank with concrete foundation, one (1) new concrete valve vault, site grading and preparation for tank foundation and new access road, site piping and tie-ins, demolition and removal of existing 100,000 gallon welded steel tank, installation of new radio telemetry system, installation of new chain-link fencing around new tank, and all other requisite and necessary appurtenances and restorations for an operable water storage tank, access road and telemetry system. The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Farmington in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Town of Farmington reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
