Demolition and site work for a residential development in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This project consists of, but is not limited to: Demolition and removal of: structures, footings, debris, brickbat and concrete; lot cleanup; grading, final grading; sewer seal(s), performance of asbestos inspections, file NESHAP Reports and Test Reports where required, and properly dispose of asbestos shingles etc.; slab removal; fence row(s) removal when specified; tree(s) removal when specified; fill/topsoil placement; hay bale barriers(s); dust control; and other related activities. All bids shall be accompanied with a certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the City of Okmulgee, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder, or an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for statutory bonds as required. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, or handicapped status. The City of Okmulgee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
