The Project includes the following Work: Constructing a 250,000 gallon water reservoir, SCADA, 10" diameter water main, grading, fencing, and other ancillary improvements necessary to complete the project. The site is located northeast of the intersection of Daughenbaugh Road and Highway 79 in Pennington County, South Dakota. The owner reserves the right to the extent allowed by law to award the work as is most advantageous to the Southern Black Hills Water System, or reject any or all bids. Bids Are Requested for the Following Contract: Southern Black Hills Water System Daughenbaugh Road Reservoir Pennington County, South Dakota Project "c" Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Title 40 CFR 33 and Executive Order 12138. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this regulation which concerns utilization of Disadvantaged/Minority Business Enterprises (DBE/MBE) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBE) are explained in the specifications. The DBE/MBE and WBE goals for participation in this contract in terms of percentage of contract value are as follows: MBE 1.0 percent; WBE 4.0 percent. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $50.00 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of $25.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above.
