This project involves the installation of approximately 12,200 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch water main and associated appurtenances along portions of Bayshore Drive, Lake Road, Lakeside Boulevard Extension, Central Avenue, Van Buren Bay Road, 1st Street, 2nd Street, 3rd Street, 4th Street, 5th Street, 6 th Street, and Van Buren Road (County Road 73). RFIs will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on November 15, 2024, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Project Engineer via email: LDSuleski@cplteam.com. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on November 18, 2024 from the office of the Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and l Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
