Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. The Work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of SUCF Project No 101029- 00 titled Renovate Exterior - Tyler Hall and carrying out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. b. The main features of the Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: The Tyler Hall Exterior Renovation is an exterior building facade restoration project and completes a full building renovation of Tyler that has been phased over the last 10+ years. The identified scope of work includes the removal and replacement of original windows, cleaning, repair and coating over precast panels and exterior concrete, and removal of mosaic artwork. Hazardous material removals will be required.
