Renovation of an educational facility in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. EEO goals for this project: 6% minority workforce and 3% female workforce Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Contract term: 644 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed Estimated Range; $2,500,000 - $5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work to be Done: a. The Work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of SUCF Project No 101029- 00 titled Renovate Exterior - Tyler Hall and carrying out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. b. The main features of the Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: The Tyler Hall Exterior Renovation is an exterior building facade restoration project and completes a full building renovation of Tyler that has been phased over the last 10+ years. The identified scope of work includes the removal and replacement of original windows, cleaning, repair and coating over precast panels and exterior concrete, and removal of mosaic artwork. Hazardous material removals will be required.
