Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project includes replacement of two (2) underground manholes, along with associated steam piping, condensate piping and site work. Piping required to be replaced outside the manholes is either direct buried or located in concrete tunnel sections. Along with the site work required with the manhole replacements, there is also additional asphalt and concrete sidewalk repair. Sections of the tunnel are required to be removed for the placement of the direct buried piping, this will include hazardous abatement work.
