- LOTO existing cooling tower, drain and abandon in place Install footers and supporting steal in the parking lot behind the mechanical room - Set new Carrier supplied BAC FXT-130 Induced Draft Open Circuit Cooling Tower with new VFD - Provide all needed tower water piping corrections to the new tower - Provide all needed piping with back flow preventer for make up water - Provide all needed power and controls corrections with programming - Fill tower, leak check all work - Perform startup and check for proper operation Exclusions / Clarifications: This does not include the waste disposal and labor performed outside normal business hours unless otherwise noted. 200' of 6" schedule 80 PVC pipe and all associated hangers 110' of 2/0 three phase wiring and associated conduit Cooling tower with VFD and associated controls Concrete pad for cooling tower pad 40 amp breaker Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 19% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 11% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0%
