General Construction For the C-NS High School Phase 3 Pool Addition and Renovations Project BID SECURITY Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. COMPLETION TIME The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Division 1 Specifications. INSPECTION OF SITE Bidders will be able to visit the Site at the convenience of the North Syracuse Central School District with a minimum of forty-eight hours prior notification to Bob Bouffiou at Watchdog Building Partners, 585-760-7855. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. RFI's shall be simultaneously e-mailed to: Amanda Thomas, Athomas@kingarch.com ; Leo Moshier, lmoshier@kingarch.com ; and Bob Bouffiou bbouffiou@watchdogbp.com RIGHT TO WAIVE OR REJECT The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids.
