Renovation of an educational facility in Cicero, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a 133,026-square-foot educational facility.
As of December 17, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. A. Project Description 1. The project consists of renovations and site improvements to the North Syracuse Central School District CNS High School building and Site areas. B. Contract Documents were prepared for the Project by King and King Architect, LLP. C. The work will be constructed under multiple Prime Contractor Agreements. One set of contract documents is issued covering the multiple Prime Contracts. Prime Contracts are separate contracts between the Owner and independent contractors representing significant construction activities. Each Prime Contract is performed concurrently and closely coordinated with construction activities performed on the Project under other Prime Contracts. The project consists of renovations and site improvements to the North Syracuse Central School District CNS High School building and Site areas. Electrical Construction Contract 1) GENERAL CONSTRUCTION - PAC & Associates of Oswego, Inc $11,560,000 2) ELECTRICAL CONTRACT - Billitier Electric, Inc. $1,284,000 3) HVAC CONTRACT - Erie Mechanical Contractor $2,172,000 4) PLUMBING CONTRACT - Erie Mechanical Contractors $1,165,000
