Summary The City of Milpitas is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a cloud-based Land Management and Permitting Solution (the "Solution") that meets or exceeds the City's requirements as specified herein. The comprehensive Solution will streamline processes and communications across multiple City departments and other involved parties. Proposals must include all software, products, and services required to successfully implement, maintain, and support the Solution. Further information is provided in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), including the scope of services, submittal requirements, proposal contents, the selection process, and other relevant information. The City's current land management and permitting system no longer supports the City's needs. The intent of this RFP is to implement a new cloud-based Solution to automate and streamline the City's land management and permitting processes and functions, reduce paper usage, and improve data accuracy and communications to support the City's current and future business initiatives with real-time information and enhanced data security. The scope of work, content of the proposal, and the selection process are described in the Request for Proposals ("RFP"). License and Bonding. Proposer shall be licensed and bonded in accordance with industry practices, laws, rules, and regulations governing the performance of services required in this RFP.
