Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), the City of Milpitas (City) is seeking to purchase Clow (no substitutions allowed) Fire Hydrants and Related Parts/Accessories as specified herein. The City expects delivery of goods as specified herein no later than 4 weeks from date PO is issued by City. (30) Clow Model 960 3 port hydrants - Yellow (20) Clow LBIW 400A tall check valves (10) Clow LP619 short check valves Question Submission Deadline:February 14, 2025, 12:00pm To submit a question/request for clarification: 1) Log into the OpenGov website; 2) click on the title of the solicitation and the solicitation page will open up; 3) find the Question/Answer tab; and 4) type in your question or request for clarification The City reserves the right to purchase additional Clow Fire Hydrants and Related Parts/Accessories from the awarded Vendor for a period of up to 5 years. Any requests for price increases from the awarded Vendor for purchases made after the first year must be justified in accordance with an applicable industry index and may not exceed 3% over the previous year's prices.
