The City of Crystal River, Florida (City), is seeking a qualified general contractor to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for projects included in the City future Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Contractors with similar CMAR project experience are encouraged to submit their response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Examples of projects that may be included in the selected CMAR company scope of work are; The Riverwalk Project, Expansion of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, The Crystal River Government Center, and the Kings Bay Paddle Craft Project. Please be informed that the city intent is to implement these projects using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. The contractor selection will be performed in accordance with the Florida Statute 255.103. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive any irregularity, and to take all submittals under advisement for a period of sixty (60) days.
