It is the intent of the City of Tallmadge (the City) to establish a contract to provide fertilization and weed control as outlined in the proposal document. The term of the contract will be for one (1) year with (2) one-year renewals, beginning 2025. A certified check or cashier's check in the amount of $500.00, made payable to the City of Tallmadge, must accompany the proposal as a guaranty that the contract and its performance are properly secured if the proposal is accepted. Should any proposal not be awarded or be rejected, such check or bond will be returned to the service agency(s) after the execution of the contract. The City of Tallmadge reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed most beneficial to the City of Tallmadge.
