Renovation of a municipal facility in Tavernier, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovation of 911 call center including server room upgrade. Anticipated Award Date: November 28, 2024 Question Deadline 11/14/2024 All questions should be submitted in writing to howard-matthew@monroecounty-fl.gov This project intends to reutilize an existing space by renovating it into a new 911 Emergency Call Center. This will include selective demolition, new walls and infills, two (2) new mini-split air conditioners, new electric panels, installation of workstations, and all finishes. The Contractor is required to provide a complete job as contemplated by the specifications, which are a part of this bid package. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, sanitary facilities, barricading & partitions, overspray protection, lifts, scaffolding, bonds, dumpsters, tools, equipment, supplies, permits, and any other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Scope of Work, unless otherwise specifically stated. WORK INCLUDES ONLY INTERIOR RENOVATION OF THE OLD CLERK OF THE COURTS SPACE INTO A NEW 911 CALL CENTER. WORK INCLUDES RELOCATION OF TWO DOORS, NEW FLOORING, NEW A/C IN STORAGE ROOM, NEW ELECTRICAL PANEL AND OUTLETS (SEE PLANS)
