Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Snohomish, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work includes installation of a new owner furnished 80kW generator, installation of an existing District-owned portable 125kW generator in a permanent configuration, constructing concrete slabs and steel canopies for the generators, and electrical improvements including new variable frequency drives, soft starters, owner furnished automatic transfer switches, buried and above grade pathways and conductors, and integration of the new components with the existing control systems, temporary erosion and sediment control, and general restoration. The Contractor shall provide all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and incidental work for a complete and operable installation in accordance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans. The estimated construction cost is $1,000,000. All Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Bid Bond Payable to the Cross Valley Water District and in an Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid. The Three Lowest Bids May Not Be Withdrawn for 60 Days After the Day of Bid Opening. The Cross Valley Water District expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to Award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the District.
