** As of 12/13/2024 The owner has selected a Design Builder.** Reference Number 0000366725 The Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Taylor, Michigan desires to create a new "Farm Themed" playground at the Heritage Park Petting Farm, 12803 Pardee Ave. The City is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified recreation equipment design/build firm or team (Contractor) to produce a conceptual design, final design and construction documents and construction of a non-supervised public park. Suppliers should base their playground equipment designs on meeting all accessibility and safety standards as well as the guidelines & specifications listed in this RFP. Quality of equipment components, quality of design, play value, cost, and appropriateness to location and target demographic must be taken into consideration in the design of the play system Question Deadline 10/31/2024 at 4:30 PM ET Questions are submitted online No , Refer questions to: Raymond Parker, Hennessey Engineers, Inc. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. *The Owner reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids.
