Repair & Maintenance of Hydraulic Systems on Heavy Equipment at Logan International Airport. Sales and service of all makes and models of hydraulic pumps, motors and valves 10 year working knowledge and experience with hydraulic systems on aviation snow and airport rescue and firefighting equipment (i.e. Vammas Multi-function and Oshkosh equipment) Working knowledge and experience in the repair of Rexroth hydraulic pumps and motors Complete rebuilding capabilities of heavy duty hydraulic and high pressure cylinder (all makes and models) Complete rebuilding capabilities of heavy duty hydraulic and high pressure pumps, motors and valves (all makes and models) Full machine and welding shop services in-house to expedite equipment downtime R&D and Engineering Services Replacement parts and component stock on-hand for Vammas Multi-function equipment Testing of all components and pumps; 50hp, 150 hp, 350 hp, 450 hp electric motor test stands. Stocking of selected replacement parts for Rexroth pumps and motors. Servo/proportional valve repair, adjustments and testing Oil Analysis and Testing Supply various components, hose, fittings, and ability to fabricate high pressure hoses Ability to fabricate hard tubing and high pressure lines Full machine shop service capable of fabricating and/or machining heavy duty hydraulic or mechanical parts, pumps, motors or assemblies Must be able to provide educational and training seminars on working knowledge dealing with high pressure, preventive maintenance and repairs of heavy duty hydraulic systems to Massport Fleet personnel Road service and support 24/7 (especially during winter weather events) Free (No Charge) pickup and drop off service to Massport facilities Vaild Massport Aviation SIDA Badge Question Deadline 10/31/2024 at 1:00 PM ET All questions will be answered via electronically. The Authority intends to enter into one or more Purchase Order(s) for the Scope of Service The term of the Purchase Order(s) for shall be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewal options to extend. The Authority reserves its rights with regard to earlier termination of the Purchase Order in accordance with the terms therein. Contract commencement - December 3, 2024 The Authority reserves the right to add or remove locations at its sole discretion during the term of the resulting Agreements.
