This project has prequalified firms that submitted Statements of Qualifications per the prior advertisement. This project is not seeking new bidders. A list of prequalified Sub-Bidders and General Contractors will be available in the Bid Documents, posted to the FTP Site, and available upon request at bid.info@boston.gov. All bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount bid. A performance bond and labor and materials payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the sum of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder.
