The City intends to replace the carpet City Hall in downtown Concordia, Kansas. Locations include the front office, north foyer, two hallways, and seven (7) offices, one (1) conference room, one (1) break room, and back entry. COMMERCIAL CARPET TILE - front office, hallways, offices, conference room Remove and replace one (1) layer of glued rolled goods carpet with Shaw or Mohawk commercial grade carpet or equal, carpet tiles preferred instead of rolled goods. Color to be selected by owner after bid approval. Remove and replace rubber cove based with 4" tall black rubber cove base. Prepare substrate according to manufacturer's instructions. Furnish and install all accessories (transition strips, etc.) and new materials according to manufacturer specifications. Provide a minimum 15-year warranty for the carpet and 2-year warranty for labor and installation. COMMERCIAL WALK-OFF CARPET TILE - north foyer, back entry Remove one (1) layer of glued rolled goods carpet (back entry) and one layer VCT (north foyer) and replace with Mohawk Walk the Walk commercial grade walk-off carpet tiles or equal. Color to be selected by owner after bid approval. Remove and replace rubber cove based with 4" tall black rubber cove base. Prepare substrate according to manufacturer's instructions. Furnish and install all accessories (transition strips, etc.) and new materials according to manufacturer specifications.
