WSHA was awarded an Indian Housing Block Grant grant to be used to install a street, housing development/subdivision, and all related infrastructure, on Kalama Lane in Warm Springs, Oregon, Jefferson County. Nearest site address is 1387 Elk Loop Rd, Warm Springs, OR. The site is on trust land on the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation. The project includes the following: Trenching and installing water main and service lines with water meters to the 10 lots. Trenching, backfilling, and installing gravity sewer mains and sewer lines to 8 lots. Trenching, backfilling, and installing pressurized sewer and sewer lines for lot 9 and 10. Tying into existing water and sewer mains. Installation of storm drainage and retention pond. Street installation, including curb/gutter and sidewalk. Each trench will be dug, filled, and leveled. The debris of any trees, shrubs and weeds will be disposed of offsite.
