Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Inchelium, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The major items of work include: Removal of existing bridge and installation of a new steel bridge structure supported on piling. This project is partially Federally Funded and has a thirteen percent (13%) mandatory DBE goal, 400 training hours goal, and is within the Colville Reservation therefore subject to TERO requirements. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such a contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Ferry County.
