A Washington State Certified and Licensed Engineering Firm is required to provide engineered drawings and specifications for sidewalk replacement at the Inchelium Community Center. The contractor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, permits, personnel monitoring, and testing needed for the development of these drawings and specifications. Plans must include provisions for an adequate storm water drainage system and comply with the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance, TOSHA, and Tribal Solid Waste Disposal requirements. All required permits from relevant authorities must be obtained prior to commencing work. Proposals must be submitted in the specified format and include a completed Bid form signed by an authorized representative. Any exceptions to the terms must be clearly identified on the bid form, or the contractor must declare that there are no exceptions. Submitted bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the business name and address, addressed to the Community Center Facilities Manager, and titled "Sealed Bid - Inchelium Sidewalk Engineering." Site visitation is highly recommended but not required. All costs associated with preparing the proposal are the sole responsibility of the contractor.
