Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Request for Qualifications /Proposals (the "RFQ/P") the Town of West Hartford (the "the Owner" or "the Town"), is pleased to announce the invitation to submit qualifications and fee proposals to firms for construction management services for the Town of West Hartford New Elmwood Community Center to be located at 100 Mayflower Street, West Hartford, CT 06110 (the "Project"). Amendments to this RFQ/P may be necessary prior to the closing date and will be furnished to all prospective proposers. Failure to acknowledge receipt of amendments in accordance with the instructions contained in the amendment may result in the proposal not being considered Please direct any and all questions concerning this RFQ/P to Tara Cummins, Purchasing Agent, in writing via email at the following address: tara.cummins@westhartfordct.gov . No questions concerning this RFQ/P will be accepted after November 14, 2024 at 4:00 pm. The construction management (CM) firm awarded the project will be expected to start on the project immediately upon execution of a contract.
