Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a residential development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.

DASNY plans to contract with a prime general contractor for the General Construction Contract. The scope of services of the General Construction includes but is not limited to selective demolition, masonry repair and repointing work, roofing, coverings, flashings, roof specialties, skylight, temporary facility controls, painting, cutting, and patching. HVAC and Electrical scopes of work to be performed by Owner. Refer to the Project Documents (Project Manual and Drawings) for entire scope of work. The scope of work for this project is phased over the course of two years. Building 2 is to be substantially complete on or before 11/30/25 with Building 5 to be substantially complete on or before 11/30/26. The estimated construction cost for the General Construction Base Bid is between $5,000,000 and $5,500,000. Prospective bidders are further advised to review applicable sections of these General Conditions for any potential impact on their bid price prior to submittal of the bid. Please include your Federal ID number, telephone and fax numbers on your Bank Check or Postal Money Order. NOTE: Bid due date is subject to change if Contract Documents are not available when requested, therefore, please call to confirm the availability of Contract Documents.
