This is the first phase of the work to clean up the systems, which is due to start on 9 December 2024. The second phase is due to be completed in June 2025 and will consist of completing the refurbishment of the ventilation systems in Blocks A, B, C, D, E and K. All work must be completed and accepted without reservation, and the CONTRACTOR's demobilisation completed by 30 June 2025. Tender security: The tenderer must submit with its tender a tender security equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its tender. If a TENDER wishes to ask a question or obtain clarification on any aspect of the Invitation to Tender or the Tender Documents, it must send, in writing, to valencim@vaniercollege.qc.ca any question or request for clarification relating to the Tender Documents to the file manager identified at the beginning hereof. The PUBLIC AUTHORITY reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a TENDER if this request is sent to it less than THREE (3) working days before the closing date and time set for the receipt of Tenders.
