Decontamination and demolition of the garage located at 5655 rue Saint-Patrick in Montréal. The building has various materials containing asbestos. The work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and disposal of the roof structure, the perimeter walls of load-bearing concrete blocks, bricks, pillars, interior walls, mechanical, electrical, water pipe components. The demolition of the steel fence, gate, and the sign panel. The cleaning of the land (detritus and waste) and the landscaping of the site. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,000 > $250,000 Taxes extra. The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/06. Contractor must perform and complete the Work no later than March 31, 2025 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
